Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional with over 5 years of experience in IT operations, observability, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace and expertise in monitoring AWS workloads and databases. Proficiency in Golden Signal metrics, Kubernetes monitoring, distributed tracing standards, and scripting for automation is essential.
Key Responsibilities
+ Implement full-stack observability covering infrastructure, applications, and databases.
+ Utilize Dynatrace (OneAgent, ActiveGate, Davis AI) for monitoring and optimization.
+ Monitor AWS workloads (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS) and databases (Oracle, SQL Server) using Dynatrace.
+ Configure alerting policies, Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for proactive monitoring.
+ Ensure Kubernetes monitoring (EKS) and container observability.
+ Develop custom SPL queries in Splunk for advanced analytics and log filtering.
+ Automate tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bas
Required Skills
+ Experience: 5+ years in IT operations, observability, or SRE roles.
+ Dynatrace: Hands-on experience with OneAgent, ActiveGate, Davis AI.
+ AWS Monitoring: Experience with EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS.
+ Database Monitoring: Experience with Oracle, SQL Server.
+ Golden Signal Metrics: Expertise in latency, errors, saturation, and traffic monitoring.
+ Alerting Policies: Proficiency in configuring SLIs and SLOs.
+ Kubernetes Monitoring: Proficiency in EKS and container observability.
+ Distributed Tracing: Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, W3C trace context.
+ Splunk: Experience developing custom SPL queries.
+ Scripting: Skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
