    Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with over 2 years of experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.

    • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

    • Report and escalate to management as needed.

    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the financial services industry.

    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

    • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Knowledge of financial services processes and terminology

The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience,

     

    skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 80,000- $ 90000 /yearly.

     

    This role may be eligible for other compensation including

     

    variablecompensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

     

    Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
