Information Security/Identity and Access Management

The Associate, Information Security will be a key member in the IAM team. This role includes identifying opportunities for automation, driving the implementation of solutions to create value, and enhancing IAM and IGA capabilities.

Essential Functions:

+ Identify opportunities for User Life Cycle (Joiner, movers, and leavers) automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization.

+ Build strong relationships with Internal and External team members.

+ Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications partnering with BA, Dev, and Prod Support teams.

+ Collaborating with tech leads to ensure integrated end-to-end design and delivery.

+ Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents and support tickets.

+ Operational support with change and incident management processes

+ Coordination of Quarterly Access Certifications via SailPoint.

+ Support audits by providing documentation, logs or reporting as needed.

+ Handling work requests for user provisioning via snow and SailPoint.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Information Systems or Information Technology or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent field.

Skills and Experience:

+ Preferably 7 years’ experience in information security specialized in Identity and access management and Single Sign On.

+ **Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO/MFA & LDAP.**

+ 7+ years of experience in engineering and development of IGA features & Application integration, Configuration, Customization, deployment, and support in an enterprise environment.

+ Solid understanding of IGA Enterprise Certification, workflows, forms and reusable rules, tasks, and reporting.

+ **Solid knowledge on Azure Entra, Conditional Access, SSO, App Integration is a must.**

+ Experience with SQL and Advance Excel functions.

+ 4 + years of experience in technologies such as Java, JavaScript, JSON, XML, Python and REST development.

+ Exercises effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

+ Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

+ Experience with cyber security and information security program management and frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27000, etc.)

+ Possess the ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.

+ Possess a highly developed sense of personal accountability and follow-through with an ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

+ Must take ownership, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and ensure accuracy and quality.

+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
