    Team Description:

    The Research & Development team is focused on investigating emerging technologies, prototyping with them, and demonstrating how they can be used for the development of innovative solutions.

    Responsibilities of Role:

    + Assist in the design, development, and testing of emerging technology prototypes.

    + Collaborate with senior engineers and researchers to implement and refine AI algorithms and models.

    + Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new projects and improvements.

    + Conduct research on the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies to keep the team informed of industry trends.

    + Create and maintain documentation for code, experiments, and processes.

    + Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues throughout the development process.

    + Produce assessments and summary reports of prototyping activities and the lessons learned when getting hands on with the technology.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or Java.

    + Fundamental understanding of Artificial Intelligence, chatbots and automated workflows.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    + Enthusiasm for learning and exploring new technologies.

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
