Position Summary
The Technical Service Vendor Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of our service vendor network. This supervisor will collaborate with other Operational team member to ensure our vendors are ready to support existing and new products. Responsibilities will range from supplier onboarding to technical and operational support. This supervisor will ensure compliance is respected and performance are met.
Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain productive relationship with Technical Service vendors.
+ Deliver performance focused guidance and monitoring of the repair vendors to enable excellent BWI customer experience.
+ Drive vendors to meet or exceed stated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
+ Proactively review operations metrics to ensure alignment with Company objectives.
+ Provide regular updates to business owners on state of the business, actions to drive performance, critical needs
+ Conduct deep dive analysis on data involving vendor performance.
+ Participate in regular operations meeting and process reviews.
+ Supervise vendor readiness for new product/service, ensuring all aspects of service are designed and executed for the successful launch.
+ In collaboration with other Operations team members, identify tasks required to support change processing, including performing change impact analysis, assigning tasks to required resources and communicating implementation status.
+ Ensure the documentations of the service provided is completed in a compliant manner.
+ Works with the vendors to identify and implement standard methodologies to improve the performance of the services.
+ Ensure respect of financial commitment to Business Plan by pro-actively monitoring and communicating any variations observed.
+ Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
+ Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
+ For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
+ Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
+ Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications
+ Minimum of an associate’s degree is required. Bachelors degree is preferred.
+ Minimum of 6 years’ experience in related field (i.e. operations, technical-related field such as depot/repair center) is required. Experience in the medical industry is preferred.
+ 3+ years of experience dealing with multiple international vendors is preferred.
+ Requires strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
+ Must be able to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
+ Proven ability to work to deadlines independently is required.
+ Soft skills for managing external vendors is required.
+ Versatility and flexibility to respond and adapt quickly and effectively to multiple changing priorities is required.
+ Proven history of driving for results is strongly preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
+ Business acumen and basic financial planning knowledge is preferred.
+ Up to 15% business travel may be required.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91,000 to $147,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

+ Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year.
+ Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
+ Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year.
+ Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
