Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson Technology Services is seeking a strategic and accomplished **Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture (Methodology, Process, and Tools)** to lead the standardization and advancement of enterprise architecture practices, tools, and governance. This role is critical to scaling architecture delivery across global teams, enhancing decision-making, and enabling enterprise transformation through robust methodologies, modern platforms, and structured knowledge. This role will be based in Raritan, NJ.
You will lead the definition of EA frameworks, serve as the product group owner for key architecture tools such as LeanIX, MINI, SAXpress, and AgentTech, and drive initiatives that improve architectural maturity, transparency, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities
Define and Implement EA Methodologies and Frameworks
+ Develop and institutionalize enterprise architecture methodologies, templates, and delivery frameworks
+ Standardize design practices such as capability models, dataflow diagrams, and integration patterns
+ Ensure architecture models align with technology strategies and business capability roadmaps
Drive EA Tool Adoption and Utilization
+ Serve as product owner for EA Tools and Platforms (LeanIX, EA Dashboards, GenAI Tool)
+ Define product vision, prioritize enhancements, and oversee DevOps delivery for EA platforms
+ Establish KPIs, adoption metrics, and training programs to increase tool effectiveness and business value
Build Alignment Across Global Teams
+ Partner with the EA Council, BT, and service owners to harmonize practices across operating companies
+ Contribute to EA Council workstreams, develop cross-functional engagement plans, and report on OKRs
Establish Robust Governance Models
+ Design and implement governance processes that ensure architectural compliance, traceability, and decision-making discipline
+ Support ALM/TLM, transformation governance, and strategic change through structured models and tools
Enable Future-State Architectures and Monitor Progress
+ Lead target-state architecture design and guide legacy modernization initiatives
+ Track architecture program success via dashboards, KPIs, and transformation roadmaps
+ Manage EA DevOps and platform operations in partnership with IT4IT stakeholders
Experience and Skills
Required:
+ 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Enterprise Architecture roles
+ Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful EA programs and strategic outcomes
+ Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar EA tools
+ Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-wide IT strategies aligned with business goals
+ Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills
+ Strong product management capabilities including vision definition, feature prioritization, and product lifecycle oversight
+ In-depth knowledge of IT portfolio management, governance, and transformation
Preferred:
+ Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry
+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and their use in EA programs
+ Advanced skills in IT risk management, regulatory compliance, and system integration
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (required)
+ Master’s degree or equivalent experience, certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL, Product Management) preferred
The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000-$207,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
