We are seeking a motivated, highly detailed oriented, collaborative individual to support large-scale technology implementations. In this role, you will work with a change manager and team to provide project management support, manage data analytics, support change-related communications across the organization, produce training schedules for more than 7000 employees and work with trainers across the organization.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Support ERP project involving stakeholders and processes across the company.

+ Responsible for project data and project analysis for our key stakeholder and change impact assessments and change-related communications.

+ Planning and implementing a training calendar, and related survey data.

+ Collaborate on project status reports.

+ Work with project stakeholders across the company.

Requirements:

+ Associate’s degree in business administration or related field and 3 years related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of related experience in change management.

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred.

+ Advanced Excel knowledge.

+ Intermediate PowerPoint knowledge.

+ Intermediate SharePoint knowledge.

+ Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
