The Joint Venture (JV) Billing & Collections Analyst will perform all billing and collections activities for both Joint Ventures within the Engine Systems Product Line. Functions include Audit Support, Billing and Collections, and Cash Application.

This position will be performed in a **hybrid remote work format** , with the individual splitting their time between our offices in Endicott, NY (1301 North St), and remotely from an alternate working location. Our Endicott site follows a '9/80' work schedule, wherein most employees are off every other Friday. A Hybrid arrangement would have the employee working 3 days on-site, and 2 days remote during the 'long' weeks, and 2 days on-site, 2 days remote on the 'short' weeks. To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must currently reside within a commutable distance of our Endicott, NY offices. Because of the requirement for on-site work, **candidates requiring relocation will not be considered.**

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Record and process all invoices received by subcontractors in a timely manner

+ Record and apply all cash applications received in JV accounting system

+ Support all external and internal audits, where required

+ Support monthly account reconciliations and other activities, where required

+ Report collections and invoicing status to management on bi-monthly basis, serving as an expert for the function

+ Seek out projects to continually improve processes

+ Performing other duties and responsibilities as required

+ Bachelor s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related degree/equivalent experience

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

+ Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross functional teams and joint venture partners

+ Ability to develop solutions and provide process improvements where needed

+ Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures

+ Experience with Oracle and QuickBooks

+ Analytical and problem solving skills

+ Previous experience in Accounting

+ Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $60076 - $102130

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
