Seen as the leader of the concierge team. Acts as a leader by maintaining professionalism at all times, supervises the day-to-day functions of the team ensuring that tasks are completed. Acts as the direct liaison between GM, Membership team and Concierge team.
+ Distributes and monitors the execution of tasks given by management
+ Provides new hire and ongoing training for the concierge team
+ Seeks out new tasks for the concierge team to work on during slower hours
+ Manages inventory levels for supplies and equipment
+ Monitors usage of cell phones, personal work, and personal conversations.
+ Alerts leadership of any issues that need to be addressed.
+ Staffing
+ Sits in on interviews with new team member candidates
+ Schedule
+ Creates Concierge team schedule
+ Monitors breaks, tardiness, overtime, excessive lunches, uniform issues
+ Checks in with team members as they arrive to make sure they are informed for the day
+ Attend BEO Meetings
+ Provides team with needed information from BEO meetings
+ Attend Marketing Meeting
+ Provides team with needed information from marketing meetings
+ Attend Membership Meeting
+ Provides team with needed information from marketing meetings
+ Monitors incoming and outgoing emails
+ Handles customer service escalations from concierge team
