    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Minimum of 2-5 years as a Lead Installer in Residential Retrofitting

    + EPA Certification

    + Ability to comfortably interact with customers

    + Experience running a small team of 2-3

    + Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

    + Valid driver's license
