    Summary:

    Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. — Onsite

     

    Provides management support. Develops intermediate databases, analysis of data, preparation and presentation of reports. Possesses a working knowledge of business processes.

    Additional Information:

    • Plans, coordinates, organizes and manages projects related to system-wide business analytics and insights.

    • Manages timely flow of business intelligence information to clinical directors and users on complex, high-priority strategic projects.

    • Conducts research and develops related business objectives. Provides data for use in market analysis and planning.

    • Works with leadership and departments to design databases and reports for decision support.

    • Performs competitive intelligence gathering, and analysis and provides responsive reporting as requested.

    • Tells compelling stories with data: generates insights using established and innovative, creative sources; makes novel connections between data sets.

    • Uses artistic visualization techniques and tools to make information memorable.

    • Generates predictive analytics: utilizes statistics, complex modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques to make reasonable forecasts given the informed assumptions about the future used in budget and forecasting exercises.

    • Sources and maintains a library of diverse data sources, model documents, templates, and other reusable knowledge assets.

    Required Education:

    High school diploma or GED or equivalent

    Recommended Education:

    Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.

    Required Work Experience:

    Related Field - Six years of related experience

    Recommended Work Experience:

    Formal education may substitute for work experience on a year-for-year basis (eg., one year of education = one year of experience)

    1. Compiles and communicates reports.

    2. Performs audits and reconciles discrepancies.

    3. Documents and tracks data so trending analysis can be provided.

    4. Assists with billing, auditing, and inventory analysis.

    5. Maintains systems and provide technical support.

    6. Performs other duties as assigned.
