    Insurance Producer

    **Location:** Dubuque, IA

    **Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

    **Salary:** Competitive, based on experience + commissions

     

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Insurance Producer** to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.     Responsibilities:

    + Generate new business opportunities and leads

    + Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide customized insurance solutions

    + Conduct needs assessments and provide appropriate policy recommendations

    + Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely documentation

    + Achieve sales goals and meet production targets

    + Stay updated on industry trends and insurance products

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in sales or insurance preferred

    + IA Property & Casualty and Life Insurance License required (or must obtain)

    + Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    + Excellent organizational and time management abilities

    + Goal-oriented with a track record of success in sales
