    About Us:

    Absolut Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a dedicated and compassionate 160 bed long-term care facility committed to providing high-quality care for our residents. We take pride in fostering a supportive and professional environment for both our residents and staff. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team and maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

    + Administration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure quality care while fostering teamwork.

    + Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient care.

    + Maintain budgets and census development.

    + Work closely with residents and their families to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.

    + Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + Current NY Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing.

    + Strong leadership, organizational, communication and team building skills.

    + Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and long-term care industry standards.

    + Ability to manage budgets, staff, and operations efficiently.
