    Compensation: $55,000 + Productivity Bonus!

     

    $2500 Sign on bonus!

     

    Opportunities available in Johnstown, Hebron, and Pataskala!

     

    School-Based Therapists with National Youth Advocate Program will provide mental and behavioral health assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate individual and/or group counseling to students and provide case management services to students in the program. When school is not in session during extended breaks and summer months, you will maintain your caseload and continue to provide services to your students by meeting with them in the community. We have opportunities in a variety of different schools throughout central Ohio

     

    + 22 Days of Paid Time Off

    + Free supervision for those employees seeking Independent Licensure hours

    + Mileage reimbursement: $0.54 per mile

    + Phone reimbursement: $50 per month when using your personal device

    Responsibilities

    + Provides appropriate individual, group, and family mental health therapy, case management and other professional services.

    + Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family, including mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.

    + Regularly reviews and modifies youth-based plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.

    + Required to conduct monthly home visits and travel daily during summers and extended breaks to provide community-based services to youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.

    + Establishes and maintains strong relationships with parents (families of origin and/or foster families), teachers, administrators and other school staff.

    + Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Master’s level education required in Social Work, Counseling or related Human Services field

    + LSW or LPC required

    + A minimum of 1 year of master's level internship or work experience providing therapy services

    + The ability to provide mental health assessments

    + Experience developing treatment plans

    + Knowledge of case management services

    + Develop and facilitate individual and/or group counseling to students in the program

    + Maintain your caseload and continue to provide services to your students by meeting with them in the community during extended breaks and throughout the Summer

    + Must be comfortable providing services in the community and in client homes

    + Capacity to be flexible and responsive to youth served, their family, teachers and administrators

    + You have good computer and technology skills

    + Must be willing to accept other job duties as assigned
