We are currently seeking a BPO Admin Ops. Analyst to join our team in Canton, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

Onsite Mailroom Openings:

Pay for this role is $22.50

**Qualifications** :

+ Ability to lift 20lbs

+ Must be willing to learn new equipment and tools

+ High School or GED Graduate

+ Position is an onsite, in office role

+ Flexibility to adjust work schedules, based on business need.

+ Strong organization and time management skills

+ Experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications

**Responsibilities** :

+ Open daily mail upon receipt

+ Sort mail by claim type

+ Batch mail per client specifications for scanning

+ Attach cover sheets to sorted and batched mail for scanning

+ QC batches for accuracy before and after scanning

+ QC documents and work items following policies and procedures

+ Create letters and support mailing activities for specific documents

+ Scan documents using scanning software and scanners

+ Support recording, reporting and reconciliation of inventory

+ Research and resolve work items in various systems

Required shift within the range could include: First Shift: 8AM to 4:30PM, subject to change based on business requirements, Additionally, Overtime may be required based on business requirements.

New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process

Must Pass Drug screen

Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check.
