Required Skills:
Program Manager, Global Investment Programs, Business Msging Responsibilities:
1. Partner on foundational investment theses and guiding principles.
2. Establish data foundations for product metrics and align on XFN execution plans.
3. Work with teams to standardize processes and meet internal controls.
4. Support and commercialize incentive programs for Partner Sales.
5. Understand commercial, legal, and operational requirements to design and execute incentive programs and business development deals.
6. Own logistics, coordination, and facilitation for team meetings, documenting and presenting summaries of internal project work to leadership.
7. Demonstrate judgment balancing aggressive growth objectives of Product and Partnerships teams with operational requirements of Legal and Finance partners.
8. Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions, while raising issues.
9. Develop and track project plans, metrics of success, and communication plans for initiatives.
10. Demonstrate industry specific knowledge, including first-hand understanding of the business messaging industry's dynamics, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
11. This encompasses a deep comprehension of how businesses monetize messaging platforms.

17. 6. Delivering technical presentations
18. 7. Conducting business analysis and market research
19. 8. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a business solution
20. 9. Analytical tools, methodologies, and design (CRM, SQL, and experimental design lift testing methodology) and
21. 10. Exposure to and experience working in the business messaging industry.
Public Compensation:
$193,138/year to $205,700/year + bonus + equity + benefits
