    Job Overview

     

    As a National Field Service Technician at US Distribution, you will be part of our dynamic Field Service Group, responsible for completing large equipment assemblies, overhauls/outages, and relocations across the US for our valued clients in the mining industry.

     

    Projects will vary in duration, with some lasting 3 - 4 months. During this time, you will work long shifts and may need to be away from home for 3 - 4 weeks at a time. In between major projects, you will support other regions to fulfill the duties of the Field Service team.

     

    We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with the flexibility to adapt to new challenges and work processes.

     

    Key Job Responsibilities

     

    + Perform welding repairs on Komatsu Mining equipment

    + Conduct mechanical repairs on Komatsu Mining equipment

    + Complete MSHA Experienced Miner training

    Qualifications/Requirements

    + Hold AWS certification as a welder FCAW 6GR

    + Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the mining industry
