Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent and three years of related experience.

Job Description:

To coordinate and directly support the administrative and business management activities of a department or large division.

Job Duties:

The Coordinator II position will be responsible for functions within the Department of Pediatrics,

Division of DBP as listed below:

+ Care Coordination for Division of Development/Behavioral Pediatrics

+ Provide Administrative Support to the following Pediatric Divisions: Development/Behavioral Pediatrics, Nephrology, Neurology and Vaccinology.

+ Manage Divisional and Departmental Inventory.

+ Serve as QGenda clinic scheduler for the following Pediatric Divisions: Nephrology and Neurology.

+ Assist faculty with Credentialing reappointments as needed.

+ Serve as Division Timekeeper.

+ Submit Travel Expenses and Reimbursements in POWER.

+ Assist other Pediatric Administrative Support staff when needed.

+ Serve as the Records Retention Coordinator.

+ Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by faculty & mid-level staff.

Performs related duties as required.

Salary Range:

Actual salary commensurate with experience or range if discussed and approved by hiring authority.
