    A Day in the Life of a Pediatric Nurse Manager:

    + Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans.

    + Supervise, coach, and mentor nursing staff, ensuring best practices and client satisfaction.

    + Oversee new hire orientation, training, and ongoing in-services to support clinical excellence.

    + Collaborate closely with clients, families, and the care team to create a positive, impactful experience.

    What We're Looking For:

    + Registered Nurse (RN) with **2+ years of experience** .

    + Pediatric experience preferred — trach/vent experience a plus!

    + Proven supervisory experience with a passion for mentorship.

    + Strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic home care setting.
