Position Title: Performance/Data Analyst III

Reports To: Program Manager

Clearance Type: Secret

Work Location: National Capital Region

Estimated Start Date: On contract award

Job Description:

Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a Department of Justice law enforcement task force program.

Summary of duties include but not limited to:

+ Develop a monitoring/evaluation plan consistent with the DOJ/task force frameworks.

+ Coordinate the collection of data including conducting field visits for data validation.

+ Monitor the quality/completeness of data sets, contribute to program development, and document project performance against established indicators.

+ Monitor the administration project plans, evaluate project performance.

+ Identify conditions and/or activities which do not conform to laws, regulations, contractual requirements, or policies and provides corrective recommendations.

+ Conduct a broad range of research, analysis, evaluation, and fact findings, and develop solutions and implementation strategies for improvement.

+ Prepare written reports and analysis of research findings.

+ Coordinate and/or contribute to concept papers and design document preparation.

+ Coordinate efforts to establish, define, and track statistical data measuring performance of specified programs and

+ Ensure resources are effectively/efficiently applied to the attainment of task force goals and objectives.

Required Experience:

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree and six years’ experience or Master’s degree and four years’ experience

+ Active SECRET clearance(No clearance sponsorship. NO EXCEPTIONS!)

+ Experience in planning and developing data-driven evaluation tools.

+ Expertise in statistics and analysis of data to identify and evaluate results.

+ Experience in conducting complex research.

+ Exceptional written and oral communications abilities, dealing in complex and technical information.

+ Experience in managing task-specific teams.

Working Conditions:

+ Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

+ Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach

+ Able to sit, stand, walk, run

+ Able to lift up to 50 pounds
