Job Summary and Qualifications

As our Environmental Services Lead, you will work under the direction of the Environmental Services Director to perform required duties and ensures adherence to Infection Control policies and procedures. We are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now!

What you will do in this role:

• You will assist Manager to ensure the EVS staff provide quality-cleaning standards.

• You will promptly investigate and resolves complaints of patients, visitors, and physicians through own action or referral to a higher authority.

• You will promotes efficient performance with regard to providing the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation on patient units and all hospital properties.

• You will assist and/or direct the Linen Room operations to assure that linens are at required levels and maintained in patient areas for backup purposes.

What Qualifications you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Minimum of 3 years previous environmental service/housekeeping supervisory experience

• Ability to work well with staff both within and outside the department

• Ability to organize and prioritize

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Critical thinking, service excellence and good communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
