The US 3P Selling Partner team is seeking a Principal PM to shape the future of our 3rd party business. This role will own end to end seller businesses within the Consumables and Fashion categories, and offers a

unique opportunity to drive large scale, high visibility strategic projects across a variety of internal teams.

In this role, you will be in charge of projects that contribute to long-term success, improving customer experience, supporting growth. Responsibilities include expanding our product selection, improving product availability, building strong relationships with key partners (both internally and externally) and driving improvements to the overall store. This role will have a high degree of autonomy and will be able to influence across a broad range of projects

across the business.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels of the organization.

Key job responsibilities

• Category strategy and ownership: Work closely with Leadership on planning and business strategy, drive best-in-class customer experience and maximize growth through timely analysis and action.

• Customer Experience: Innovate at scale with our sellers to drive optimal customer experience across the business, set and deploy the vision by influencing partner teams.

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience as a product manager or owner

- Experience in finance and/or data analytics

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience owning technology products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
