The ideal candidate is a high-volume, dealership Sales Manager with knowledge and experience in new and pre-owned sales, F&I and customer follow up! If you are results-driven, process-oriented and have a verifiable track record of success, this is the opportunity that you have been waiting for!

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have several years of experience and a proven track record of success leading a sales team to achieve targeted results. As Sales Manager, you must have a hands-on approach to leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team. We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and desk deals, possess excellent closing skills and train daily. Honda experience is highly preferred. CDK experience is a plus!
