Where You Will Work
Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support our operations in finance, human resources, health and safety, information technology, planning, and more. Our flexible work program allows employees to work virtually as well as come together in person when needed at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix and/or one of our site locations. Employees can work remotely from most states in the U.S., with the exception of California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma and South Carolina. Additional states may be excluded from remote work based on business factors. Should the position shift to in-person (office/site) work in the future, the company will offer relocation benefits at that time, so long as the position meets the established eligibility for these benefits.
Description
Responsible for leading the enterprise people analytics function, translating data into actionable insights that inform workforce strategy and enhance organizational decision-making. This role leads a team of analysts and collaborates with HR and business leaders to deliver high-impact reporting, dashboards, and predictive analytics. With a strong focus on data quality, analytical rigor, and business alignment, the position helps the organization uncover workforce trends, optimize HR processes, and continuously evolve people strategies through evidence-based insights.
+ Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the Workforce Insights & Analytics team including resource planning, coaching, and performance management.
+ Collaborate with senior HR and business leaders to identify key workforce metrics, performance indicators, and analytical opportunities.
+ Deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that uncover trends, track effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
+ Partner with HR Systems (HRS), MIS, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data integration standards, governance, and integrity.
+ Drive analytics initiatives that improve HR processes and enhance employee experiences across the talent lifecycle.
+ Apply statistical methods, data analysis, and mining techniques to deliver predictive insights and actionable recommendations.
+ Present complex findings in clear, compelling narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Manage Workforce Insights & Analytics projects from initiation through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
+ Monitor emerging trends in people analytics and recommend enhancements to tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
+ High School Diploma/GED **and** twelve (12) years of progressive experience in Workforce Insights & Analytics, workforce planning, or related fields with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role with direct team oversight **OR**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field and eight (8) years of progressive experience in Workforce Insights & Analytics, workforce planning, or related fields with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role with direct team oversight **OR**
+ Master’s degree Business Analytics, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field **and** six (6) years of progressive experience in Workforce Insights & Analytics, workforce planning, or related fields with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role with direct team oversight
+ Proficiency with HRIS systems and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python/R.
+ Strong knowledge of HR data, KPIs, and business metrics.
+ Proven ability to communicate insights to senior leaders and influence decisions.
+ Experience managing and prioritizing cross-functional initiatives and analytics projects.

What We Require
+ Domestic and international travel up to 30%
+ Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
