Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities:
+ The Program Manager shall be responsible for strategically leading and managing both direct and contract employees in support of complex IT programs. The Program Manager Senior shall ensure alignment with organizational business objectives while fostering collaboration to achieve successful product delivery outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
+ Active Top Secret Clearance
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications
+ 10+ years of Program Manager experience.
+ A current PMP certification or similar is highly desired.
+ Previous Federal Law Enforcement experience is desired.
+ 10 years of expertise in prioritizing initiatives and managing resources effectively.
+ 10 years of expertise in methodologies like Agile, or Scrum.
+ 10 years of expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple projects.
+ 10 years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple interdependencies.
+ Ability to align programs with business objectives and long-term goals
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
+ Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Strong capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
+ Creative problem-solving to address challenges and optimize processes.
+ Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or other program management software.
+ Experience in leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes or technologies

The likely salary range for this position is $138,072 - $186,804. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
