US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.
Responsibilities:
+ Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
+ Develops plans and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
+ Acts as primary POC for Program Travel Request processing and administrative management.
+ Writes and updates standard operating procedures for SAS, Spend Plan, Budget, Bid vs Actuals Report, Materials Report, Travel Report, and other program finance related functions.
+ Coordinates with other team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
+ Acts as primary POC for support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.
+ Serve as liaison between program employees and local site POCs.
+ Interacts regularly with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
+ Provides support to new employees during all phases of in-processing, to include Visa/SOFA processing and in-country requirement support for international locations
+ Provides out-processing support for employees leaving the site.
+ Maintain and update host country processes to ensure compliance by all employees.
+ May perform business development activities.
+ Participates in special projects as required.
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of related business/program analysis experience.
+ BA/BS Degree – may substitute additional years of experience.
+ The work environment is fast paced and requires the ability to work on multiple projects at once and the ability to reprioritize based on customer needs.
+ Must have effective organizational skills.
+ Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
+ Basic knowledge of SharePoint desired.
+ Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
+ Must develop comprehensive knowledge of program requirements.
+ Must possess and maintain a **US TOP SECRET/SCI** Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ DoD contract experience preferred.
+ IT environment experience.
The likely salary range for this position is $69,264 - $75,900. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
