    A highly regarded litigation firm is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic team. With over 40 attorneys, this firm is known for handling complex, high-stakes litigation and boasts a founder ranked among the nation’s top trial lawyers.

    Paralegal Responsibilities:

    + Prepare deposition summaries, hearing binders, and assist in all phases of trial preparation.

    + Attend trial as the "hot seat" paralegal, ensuring seamless presentation of evidence.

    + Work on cases from inception to resolution rather than being assigned to a specific attorney.

    + Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and execution.

    7.5 hour day

    Requirements

    + Paralegal certification or attestation

    + bachelor's degree

    + Highly intelligent, proactive, and eager to take on sophisticated legal work.

    + Ability to commit to the demands of trial work, including overtime as needed.
