Position Summary
+ The **Senior Analyst, Reporting & Strategy** will apply expertise in data analysis and analytical tools to ensure efficient data management, promote data-driven insights, and decision making to enhance health plan operations.
+ This critical team member will leverage technology and data to improve health outcomes and operational improvements by designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and analytical tools which yield actionable insights.
+ A successful colleague will support multiple projects/initiatives concurrently, supplying an analytical perspective to the workgroup and delivering high quality work products on schedule and in-line with stakeholders’ expectations.
+ This colleague can proactively find tedious tasks and build tools that reduce overall complexity and time consumption for their fellow peers.
+ Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making processes and inform strategic initiatives within the organization.
+ Proactively Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support decision-making processes.
+ Contribute to the design, data collection, analysis, and reporting phases of new projects to generate evidence-based insights.
+ Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders using tools such as business intelligence software or data visualization platforms to create compelling visual representations of data.
+ Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency by implementing data management strategies and protocols.
Required Qualifications
+ Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
+ Capable of modifying file delimiters and file extensions.
+ Knowledge and ability to actively begin writing, updating, and maintaining VBA code, including ETL scripts.
+ 3-5 years experience analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data.
+ 3-5 years experience using (Proficient-level): Access, Excel, and PowerBI.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Advanced knowledge and proficiency working with: Python, SQL, and Tableau
Education
+ Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $91,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
