    Marketing Cloud Developer- Full Time, Days

    Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift

    Skills & Abilities

    + Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases

    + Design and manage Synchronized Data Objects

    + Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS)

    + Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript

    + Master level knowledge of SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model

     

    Here’s What You Need

    Education

    + Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Admin or relevant field required

    Experience

    + 4 years related experience required and

    + 2 years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred and

    + Experience in Health Care industry preferred

     

    What You Will Do

    Daily Operations

    + Develop organization’s direct marketing strategies for consumer-focused product lines and touchpoints, including – but not limited to – hospitals, employed physician practices, joint ventures, new products and services.

    + Serve as a system support administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

    + Serve as technical expert on new project initiatives and participate in application design sessions.

    + Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.

    Project Delivery

    + Team up with internal and external resources to understand the project timeline and operations.

    + Work in Agile Team to meet changing needs and requirements, developing, executing and managing Agile stories within defined scope.

    + Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all cross-functional areas within Business Services.

    Marketing Strategy

    + Serve as champion for the brand in deploying marketing automation approaches.

    + Work with marketing strategist and/or other business owner to identify key metrics aligned with marketing automation strategies designed to drive business results.

    + Meet deadlines while juggling multiple priorities and projects.

    + Measure and share results of marketing automation approaches, working to ensure strong ROI and successful outcomes; monitor and report KPIs.
