**Work location** : Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104
**Work hours:** Full Time, hybrid 40 hour work week (up to 2 days remote and 3 in office days) Flexible hours between 7a -9a start time.

• The program administrator is a key member of the Education Leadership Team who manages the day-to-day operations of the residency program. You will have the opportunity to serve as an important liaison and facilitator between the learners, faculty, and other staff members. Here’s What You Need
• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent with at least 6 Years in administrative capacity required
Or
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication or related field with at least 2 Years in administrative capacity required
• 2+ Years experience in graduate medical education or related field preferred.
• C-TAGME Upon Hire preferred.
What You Will Do
• Manages day-to-day operations of the GME residency program.
• Oversee educational activities that support the program’s curriculum
• Provide guidance to residents on program and GME policies, and non-clinical aspects of the program.
• Develop and maintain residency program schedules, rotations, expenses, evaluation and tracks resident attendance.
• Supervise residents for all employment activities and requirements.
• Approve resident PTO requests in accordance with program protocol and manage PTO balances.
• Act as the program representative for all components of onboarding new residents and graduating residents.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and appropriately submitted as required.
• Work with System Director to establish annual program budget. Provide analysis on budget performance. Approve, procure, and reconcile expenditures according to established budget.
• Develop, implement, and maintain program’s systems for maintaining critical information required by various regulatory, financial and accreditation agencies.
• Manage the Residency Management System, New Innovations, for the program, including maintaining resident demographics data; resident schedules, importing program and rotation goals and objectives; conference attendance tracking; and ensuring timely completion of work hour reports
• Maintain and monitor confidential resident, medical student, and faculty files including, but not limited to, physician licenses, certifications continuing education, and credentialing records.
• Assist in preparing complex administrative and statistical reports and projects.
• Track resident and faculty involvement in research and quality improvement projects using databases.
• Prepare, maintain and update residency database system materials and information (FREIDA, ACGME, WebADS, Academic Board Systems, etc.).
• Maintain accurate and timely information and provide training on New Innovations.
• Maintain the residency website and provide marketing with updated information.
• Attend and host program and committee meetings such as Program Director/Program Administrator, Clinical Competency Committee and Program Evaluation Committee meetings.
