Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed **Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)** to join our dynamic rehabilitation psychology therapy team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary staff, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and effective therapeutic support to individuals undergoing rehabilitation.

+ Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges of clients in rehabilitation.

+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.

+ Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to address emotional, behavioral, and social aspects of rehabilitation.

+ Offer support and counseling to clients and their families to facilitate adjustment to life changes.

+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and medical staff, to ensure integrated care.

+ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

+ At least 1 year of clinical and/or medical social work experience required.

+ Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

+ Advanced degree with field placement or job experience in hospital health, mental health, or related settings.

+ Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the lifespan.

+ Must possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs.

+ Bilingual Ability (Spanish & English) preferred.

+ Management of Assaultive Behavior class required.

+ Must be a California State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

+ Must maintain current Fire Safety cards.

Pay Range

$44.63 - $64.72 /hour
