Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Home Health RN provides and/or supervises skilled nursing care services to patients in the home as directed by physicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Current CA RN license.

+ Valid California Drivers License and proof of current Automobile Insurance.

+ BLS certification (through the AHA)

+ One year prior experience as an RN in an acute care setting.

+ Two of the last five years working as a RN in a Home Health Agency.

+ Demonstrated experience working with Oasis "C" data set.

+ Will consider training if no qualified applicants apply.

+ AA degree in Nursing

$52.59 - $68.92 /hour
