Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Skilled Facility Associate** to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations. This role performs various routine maintenance assignments and assists other **Facilities Managemen** t Department personnel in the repair and maintenance of physical structures, equipment, and fixtures of the facility and grounds.
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of facilities.
+ Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring repair or improvement.
+ Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
+ Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance services.
+ Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
+ Assist in space planning and organization to optimize facility layout.
Qualifications
+ High School diploma or equivalent GED required.
+ Minimum 2 years in commercial/hospital trades with knowledge in hospital facility repair and maintenance operations required
+ In one of the following fields; electrical plumbing HVAC controls carpentry furniture repair and assembly texture and painting experience
+ Knowledge in Maintenance Management Systems.
+ Ability to read blueprints.
+ Work with minimal supervision.
+ Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations including the TJC DHS OSHA.
+ Must maintain a current Fire Safety card.
This position is represented by SEIU - UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Pay Range
$37.39 - $46.99 /hour
