Department Summary

Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development team is building and enhancing the country’s first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide project management support, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

+ Lead daily development meetings with teams and vendors, identifying critical path items to accelerate timelines.

+ Manage databases, trackers, and reporting for site development, RF, and field operations milestones.

+ Oversee financial processes, including budget management, vendor spend, and purchase order coordination.

+ Prepare and manage presentations for operational reviews, newsletters, and market correspondence.

+ Handle administrative duties, including facilities management, scheduling, events, and safety coordination.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

+ 3+ years of project management experience

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Lean Six Sigma preferred

+ PMP Certification preferred

+ Leadership, emotional intelligence, adaptability, conflict resolution, critical thinking and organizational skills required

+ Proficiency with Tableau, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
