Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

The warehouse worker will be actively involved in all aspects of warehouse operation, encompassing primary duties such as picking, shipping, receiving, staging, freight processing, inventory control, and ensuring general warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

+ Operate forklift, order picker, or pallet jack to pick product orders.

+ Select products for salesperson needs and assist with truck/trailer loading.

+ Ensure completion of appropriate paperwork before product leaves the premises, including UPS, SpeeDee, Truck and end of day postings.

+ Perform shipping functions and track shipments.

+ Receive inbound products, label, and store them in appropriate locations.

+ Pick orders from stock as required per customer pick lists, ensuring all products match pick lists.

+ Place products in designated areas for shipping or customer pick up.

+ Pack products efficiently and thoroughly to minimize damage.

+ Perform cycle counts on a scheduled basis, record results, and make placement adjustments as necessary.

+ Coordinate daily carrier requirements and manifesting.

+ Assist in equipment upkeep, including battery watering and charging.

+ Control demo product movement from warehouse.

+ Keep supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective management.

Work Environment

The role is based in a well-lit and temperature-controlled warehouse environment. You will be working on the signs and banners side of the business, dealing with vinyl and printing. The position is part of the larger company network but does not involve Honda-related tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ROGERS, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
