Day Shift:7 AM – 7 PM |Night Shift:7 PM – 7 AM

Join a fast-paced, growing team that specializes inblown film plastic products. As a Machine Operator, you’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge equipment, helping to produce high-quality plastic rolls for a variety of industries.

•️What You’ll Do

+ Operate and load blown film machinery

+ Palletize large and small plastic rolls

+ Perform quality checks and identify defects

+ Use hoists, change cutting knives, and switch barrels

+ Collaborate with team members to keep production flowing

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant workspace

•What You Bring

+ 1+ year in an industrial or manufacturing setting (preferred)

+ Experience with plastics, extrusion, or injection molding

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8–12 hours

+ Forklift experience is a plus

+ Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset

Fast-paced and team-oriented. It can get warm in the summer due to resin processing, but the facility is clean, updated, and well-equipped.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
