Job Title: Concrete/ Operating Laborer - $25-27 + 150 a day per diem

Job Description

Join a reputable foundations and caissons company, known for its expertise across the Western US. We are seeking dedicated construction technicians to travel with our team to various job sites, assisting in setting up foundations, walls, and slabs.

Responsibilities

+ Lift forms, steel beams, rings, and lumber.

+ Assist in building and reinforcing steel cages for caisson construction, pad and pier, and flatwork construction.

+ Strip forms and perform final site clean-up.

+ Assist in pouring and patching concrete.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in construction, general labor, foundations, and concrete work.

+ 1+ year of landscaping, demolition, concrete work, dirt work, general construction labor, and farm work.

+ Flexibility to travel for up to 4 months without returning to Colorado.

+ Comfortable lifting heavy materials for extended periods of 10+ hour days.

+ Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.

+ Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

+ Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in farming, hardscaping, landscaping, dirt work, heavy equipment operation, heavy civil construction, civil engineering, pipe laying, and dozer operation.

+ OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred.

Work Environment

The company operates across the Western US, with travel making up over 50% of the work. The typical schedule ranges from 50-65 hours per week, with a minimum of 40 hours during winter. This is a Contract position based out of Denver, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
