Mindex’s Software Development division is the go-to software developer for enterprise organizations looking to engage teams of skilled technical resources to help them plan, navigate, and execute through the full software development lifecycle.
Essential Functions
+ Solution Development: Design and develop scalable CPQ solutions tailored to financial products, leveraging BML, JavaScript, and BMQL to automate pricing, quoting, and approval workflows.
+ Configuration Management: Configure Oracle CPQ modules including product models, pricing rules, commerce processes, and SLS document templates to reflect financial offerings and regulatory constraints.
+ Integration Enablement: Build secure and compliant integrations with Salesforce, Oracle Fusion (Field Service, CDM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to ensure seamless quote-to-cash operations.
+ UI/UX Enhancements: Customize and optimize the user interface to streamline sales operations and improve client onboarding experiences.
+ Project Delivery: Collaborate in agile sprints (3–4 weeks), contributing to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos, with an eye toward delivering business value and ensuring auditability.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, risk/compliance teams, and engineers to deliver compliant, performant solutions that align with FinTech industry standards.
Requirements
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
+ Experience:
+ 3+ years of Oracle CPQ development experience, preferably in the financial services or FinTech domain.
+ Demonstrated experience with CPQ Configuration and Commerce flows, BML scripting, and document template management.
+ Proven ability to integrate CPQ with Salesforce and Oracle Fusion using REST/SOAP APIs and OIC.
+ Technical Skills:
+ Proficient in JavaScript, BMQL, and UI customizations.
+ Strong understanding of CPQ security models, user permissions, and compliance best practices.
+ Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
+ Certifications: Oracle CPQ Developer or Administrator certification strongly preferred.
+ Soft Skills:
+ Strong analytical and communication skills, especially in interpreting complex financial requirements.
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across technology, compliance, and product.

The band range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, education, experience, training, certifications, internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of the range for their role; and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000.
