    Partnership Track:

    Unique opportunity to join the reputable Trinity Division of USAP in North Dallas/Plano/Frisco as a partner track physician.

    Case mix:

    + Ortho/spine

    + Gen surg

    + OB/Gyn

    + Basic trauma (level 2)

    + Urology

    + Rare neuro

    + No hearts, no peds

    Details:

    + Ideal candidate must be comfortable personally doing variety of OR cases, OB/neuraxial, and basic nerve blocks.

    + Must be comfortable in hospital and fast-paced ASC settings.

    + Must be comfortable with CRNA supervision and OR board management

     

    Job Highlights

    Highlights:

    + 3 year partnership track

    + Compensation is 75%, 80%, 85% of partner.

    + Year 1 expect to earn minimum of $400k.

    + Additional earning opportunities if desired.

    + $50k comprehensive benefits.

    + 6 weeks vacation.

    + Once partnership achieved, stock options and profit-sharing boost earnings potential.

    Qualifications

    • All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.

    • Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.

    • Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
