The Difference You Make:

The Financial Control & Analysis Associate should have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills. This role will work closely with Front Office business developers and support functions, having continuous interaction with FP&A, Accounting, Accounts Payable, People & Culture among others. The candidate must be focused on delivery and execution, being able to multitask and adhere to deadlines.

What You Bring:

We seek a candidate to effectively contribute on the following responsibilities:

+ Cost management, yearly budgeting, and monthly forecasting.

+ Financial analysis, variance explanations, and profitability ratios.

+ Explaining key variances vs. budget, and vs. prior year.

+ Budget control.

+ Data collection and reporting, being able to manage inputs from different tools / ERPs.

+ Monitor cost allocations by Lines of Business and entities.

+ Execution on costs saving initiatives.

+ 5+ years of experience in Finance, Internal Audit, FP&A or Accounting roles.

+ Bachelor’s degree.

Skills

+ High level proficiency in MS Excel.

+ BI / BO tools experience (PowerBI). SAP / ERPs.

+ Fast learner, proactive individual, and eager to learn new tasks which add value to the team.

+ Strong analytic, presentation and communication skills.

+ Capabilities to multi-task and adhere to challenging deadlines.

+ Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environment.

+ Focus on delivery and execution, detail oriented and organized.

+ Experience in financial modeling.

Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
