    Salary:$1165.00 weekly salary to start.

    This is a seasonal position from May thru October.

     

    The Food Service Manager is responsible for overall operations,employee management, budget & inventory control.

     

    + Trains and supervises all employees

    + Prepares food for proper presentation

    + Trains and assists team leaders to properly merchandise stores

    + Reorders inventory as needed

    + Participates in marketing efforts to increase stores attendance

    + Oversees cleanliness of the store

    + Helps establish profit center budget

    + Implements and maintains cost-control measures

    Position Requirements

    At least 2 years Food Service Management experience preferred

     

    Must be available weekends and holidays.
