    We are looking for a Capital Markets Business Analyst II - Business Enablement Operation in Charlotte, NC.

    Essential Functions:

    + Collaborate with teams across Derivative Trading/Sales Front Office, Technology & Operations Services, Compliance, Legal, Market Risk Management, Treasury, and Finance, to deliver necessary objectives as required

    + Demonstrate basic understanding of interest rate and derivatives and become familiar with the various product type (swaps, caps/floors/collars and futures) including understanding of price/rate settings and cash payment calculations

    + Perform daily activities related to OTC derivatives, including but not limited to client onboarding, trade verification, settlements, confirmation and coordinating with counterparties

    + Define and document business procedures when necessary

    + Become familiar with ISDA definitions related to confirmations

    + Input and maintain client data

    + Review and approve settlements activity and resolve settlement issues as needed

    + Work closely with other members of the Operations team in a collaborative environment

    + Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

    + Develop and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders

    + Work on ad-hoc projects, respond to inquiries, and perform other related tasks

    Qualifications:

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong presentation, relationship building, collaboration attention to detail and decision-making skills

    + Understanding of the details and mechanics of OTC products (including futures, Options, and swaps) and an inquisitive mind

    + Understanding of banking, markets, industry practices, and market trends

    + Two or more years of related experience

    + Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently without direct supervision

    + Undergraduate degree in finance or equivalent work experience

    + Experience with Calypso, MarkitWire, Tri_Optima and Bloomberg is a plus
