Job Summary
A well-established Limousine Service based in the Northeast Atlanta area seeks a Dispatch Department Supervisor in a fast-paced environment, with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
+ Oversee the operation of our Dispatch Office at Atlantic Limousine and Transportation
+ Ensure the Dispatcher are following company protocol in assigning Chauffeurs to jobs following company protocol and ensuring on-time pick-up of our customers
+ Coach Dispatchers on better customer service skill, company protocol, and cross selling.
+ Review reservations to ensure completeness, so no service issues arise downstream after the job has been dispatched
+ This is a ‘working’ position any you will be expected to assist in dispatching during the peak times.
Qualifications and Skills:
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to manage people
+ Computer literate. Must type a minimum of 25wpm
+ Ability to quickly learn reservation software
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks.
+ Ability to work as a team player.
+ Previous limousine or transportation service or similar (Courier, Transportation, Travel Agency, Hotel, etc.) experience a plus.
