Job Title: Maintenance Planner - On Wing Services
Working Location: Savannah, GA
An exciting hybrid working opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Planner to join our Savanah, GA team. As our Maintenance Planner, you will lead the planning process to deliver the requested work scopes. You will be responsible for setting, reviewing, and adjusting schedules, reviewing personnel, tooling and materials needed to completing maintenance within the work scope. Interface with internal and external customers to ensure accuracy in the work scope and meeting customer expectations.

What you will be doing:
+ Provide the customer and the service business organization with updates on job progression and coordinate problem resolution
+ Preparation and review of daily/weekly reports as well as delegation of financial authority for out of normal business time purchases and quotations
+ Prepare and issue job quotes in accordance with customer contracts and upon job completion gather pertinent information in order to provide invoicing data to the NAFSC for invoice generation
+ Manpower/resource planning in accordance with RR HSE policies and in consideration of FAA CFR title 14, part 145 regulations
+ Schedule manpower by skill proficiency for each job to include identifying the Lead Technician, Inspector and Technicians required by task
+ Coordination between Operations, Quality and Purchasing, as required, to expedite job completion and/or return to service as well as track parts and equipment while they are in transit to a job site ensuring all tooling, parts and hazardous material shipments are in compliance with customs and export regulations

Basic Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) with 5+ years of aviation propulsion maintenance and 145 repair stations with FAA Airframe & Power Plant License, OR
+ Associates degree with 4+ years of aviation propulsion maintenance and 145 repair stations with FAA Airframe & Power Plant License
+ This position is a FAA designated safety-sensitive position. Selected candidate must successfully complete a FAA/DOT pre-employment background check, a FAA/DOT drug screen that tests for the presence of Marijuana, Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine and Amphetamines (or metabolites of those drugs) and comply with FAA-mandated rules on drug and alcohol use.
+ In order to be considered for this position, you must be a US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident
Preferred Requirements:
+ FAR 145 repair station experience
+ Experience with SAP, Flatirons and Pinpoint operating systems
+ Process Improvement with Green Belt
+ Adept in risk management
