    This job is a member of the People Analytics Team within the People Division and is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data to provide timely and accurate insights for decision making, ensure compliance, and identify trends to improve HR practices and strategies for the current environment. This job requires precision in data reporting and a strong attention to detail.

     

    What you'll do

    + Design, create, and deliver reporting out of our HRIS system (Successfactors)

    + Leverage programming languages and advanced analytical tools to curate HR data from various sources into consumable analytics reports.

    + Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely analytics solutions.

    + Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies or inconsistencies.

    + Continuously evaluate and implement enhancements to reporting infrastructure to support scalability and evolving business needs.

    + Drive innovation by exploring new methodologies, tools, and platforms to improve data accessibility and usability.

    + Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track KPIs, SLAs, and HR metrics.

    + Create ad hoc reports to address specific business needs and questions.

    + Present findings and insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders in a way that drives informed decision making.

    + Provide HR reporting in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    + Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR reporting and analytics.

    + Provide technical support and training to HR staff on using HR systems and reporting tools.

    + Work closely with People Analytics managers and business leaders to understand needs and provide relevant data and insights.

    + Complete other related projects, as assigned.

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Reporting, or People Analytics

    + Bachelor's degree in relevant field

    + Advanced to expert level of proficiency in Excel

    + Advanced to expert level of proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + 5 years of experience in People Analytics, Financial Reporting, Auditing, or other Compliance Reporting role

    + 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central HR and recruiting modules

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    + Experience with techniques to ensure data accuracy, such as range checks, data consistency checks, and data cleansing.

    + Ability to work well in fast paced environment.

    + Ability to drive results and deliver high quality work on time

    + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    + Advanced proficiency in other Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, etc.

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Experience and proficiency with business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI

    + Experience and proficiency with ETL tools including Alteryx

    + Ability to guide a team by creating and fostering collaboration

    + Ability to present thoughts and material both formally and informally
