What you'll do

+ Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release
+ Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc
+ Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities
+ Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility
+ Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state
+ Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working
+ Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s)
+ Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog
+ Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation
+ Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary

All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
+ 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
+ Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders
+ Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
+ Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization
+ Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills
+ Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
+ Participation in scaled agile frameworks
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification)
