    Job Summary

    The Clerk is required to exhibit  STRONG clerical skills by preparing various types of bail bonds & heavy data entry; along with additional assigned duties.  Organizational skills and great attention to detail is needed.

     

    OFFICE LOCATION: 5317 Malmedy. Houston, TX 77033

     

    SCHEDULE IS (30 hours per week):3p-7p Mon-Fri

     

    Responsibilities and Duties

     

    + Appointment Setting

    + Heavy data entry

    + Heavy incoming and outgoing phone calls

    + Reports to Office Manager

    + Responsible for maintaining flow of client data for back end productivity

     

    Qualifications and Skills

     

    + Must type 40 wpm

    + Must be at least  18 years old

    + Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

    + Be authorized to work in the United States
