    JUNIOR HANDYMAN/DRIVER/TECHNICIAN - URGENT HIRE

    ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years. We are actively recruiting a Jr Handymen/Technician Helpers to join our team in Staten Island.

    This position is responsible for working with our lead technicians to perform maintenance and repair work on commercial properties. In addition, this person will drive and make deliveries as needed, and assist in the warehouse when necessary.

    Experience in some or all of the below skilled trades is also a requirement for this position:

    + Roofing

    + Plumbing

    + HVAC

    + Electrical

    + Carpentry

    + Heavy Lifting

    + Demo/Laborer

    + Driving

    + Cement Work

     

    Please note: This position is located in Staten Island, NY.

    Position Requirements

    Requirements

    + Must report to Staten Island, NY, daily

    + MUST HAVE A CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

    + Must have 2 years of experience with some skilled trades/construction/labor

    + Comfortable working with technology like phones/computers.

    + Reliable worker

    + Must be flexible with hours (weekends possible)

    + Able to handle heavy lifting

    + Ability to be on feet for long periods of time.
