What You’ll Do:

+ Manage the Home Health Service Line according to the Mission/Vision/ Values of Andwell.

+ Assume overall administrative and fiscal accountability for the Home Health program.

+ Work collaboratively with the executive leadership team.

+ Work with compliance and performance improvement to monitor and improve clinical services.

+ Lead efforts within the Home Health Service Line to ensure an exceptional patient and family experience.

What You’ll Bring:

+ Current RN license in the State of Maine.

+ A Bachelor's degree in nursing required, Master’s degree preferred.

+ Supervisory experience in a Home Health or related health care program.

+ Must be available to cover administrative call.

+ A reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
