    Job Description

    **Note:** This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week at one of the following office locations: St, Petersburg, FL (primary); Memphis, TN; or Southfield, MI.

    Job Summary:

    As part of our Digital Workplace Product Management Team, you will play a crucial role in the collaboration between our internal Customers and Engineering Teams, along with our Communications Teams. This new role will drive strategic direction, enhance customer satisfaction, and accelerate time to market, ensuring our products remain competitive and aligned with market demands. The ideal candidate will have the "big picture" in mind, have a background in product management, working with devices/endpoint technologies, and have excellent written and communication skills. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and creative team environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PCs, devices, and endpoints.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customers, engineering, operations and marketing to deliver high-quality products.

    + Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

    + Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.

    + Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch performance analysis and iteration.

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and feedback.

    + Ensure timely delivery of products by managing project timelines and resources effectively.

    + Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve.

    + Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Skills/Experience:

    + More than five (5) years of relevant technical product management experience is highly preferred.

    + Proven experience as a Product Manager in the technology sector, preferably with a focus on PCs, devices, and endpoints.

    + Strong understanding of hardware and software development processes.

    + Experience with enterprise mobile management solutions and enterprise browsers.

    + Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aha!

    + Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

    + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong communication and presentation skills.

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Licenses/Certifications:

    + None required.

    Education

    Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, High School (HS) (Required)
